A Note on Your Privacy

Even Santa keeps a list
But the only names I'm checking twice are the good boys and girls of the Tri-Cities, and I keep those in my heart, not in a database. This little corner of the internet is here to help you find me, not to gather up your information.
Here's the plain and honest truth about what happens when you visit.
What this website collects:
There's no contact form here and nothing for you to fill out, so I'm not asking you for your name, your email, or anything else. The website itself runs on a platform called Systeme.io, which, like nearly every website you've ever visited, uses small files called cookies to keep things working and to count how many folks stop by. That's the ordinary background hum of the internet, not me peeking over your shoulder.
Facebook and social media:
If you found your way here from one of my Facebook posts, or you click through to my page, Facebook may keep its own records of that visit the way it always does. That's Facebook's doing under their own rules, and you can manage what they track in your own account settings.
What I do with it:
Nothing clever and nothing sneaky. I don't sell it, I don't trade it, and I don't hand it off to anyone trying to sell you something. The handful of numbers the website gathers just help me know that families are finding their way to Santa.
A word about the little ones:
This website is meant for the grown-ups doing the planning, not for the children. I don't knowingly collect any information from kids. The magic is for them. The paperwork is for the parents.
Reaching me:
If you ever have a question about any of this, reach out the same way you'd book a visit: TriCitiesSanta@gmail.com I'm always glad to hear from a neighbor.
If I add something new down the road that changes how this works, a booking form, say, or a newsletter, I'll update this page so the truth stays the truth. Last updated 06.18.26.
